Viewing additional log details

Each record for a call includes DTMF digits entered (if any), a screen pop name, and work code. You can view these in the work log list.

  1. On the action bar, click Work Log.
  2. In the Work Log window, click the arrow button available to the left of the associated contact.

    The system displays the details below the selected work log.
